Visualisation!

In chapter 32 'Visualisation' from "My Way to Happiness" I wrote about how I visualise how I want things to work out. When I am on my walk in the morning as I am saying my affirmations, I am also visualising as if it has already happened. If there is a new thing I want to happen in my life, I spend time lying on my bed just day dreaming really putting alot of energy into it. Feeling as if it has already happened. This really works for me and feel free to give it a go. I believe it is all part of the planting of the seed procedure. Enjoy the rewards.
