Clutter!!!!!!

How much clutter do I keep? In Chapter four I write about Clutter Clearing.
I can't believe how easy the cupboards get all cluttered up. Every six months I go through the house to have a tidy up and throw out things that I haven't needed. I ask myself 'Does it give me pleasure?' If the answer is no, out it goes. What I have trouble believing is the amount a paper I accumulate. I am sure I will get better at been ruthless. The feeling I receive after the cupboards are neat and tidy is so uplifting. I am sure you will experience the great feeling when you tackle your clutter clearing.

Walking!!!

Well, I must confess that I haven't been doing my 30 minutes of walking every day. It has been too cold and a little dark for me to step out at 6 o'clock. As the days get longer I know the desire to get out of bed will be better.

In Chapter 33 in "My Way to Happiness" I write how beneficial walking is for me; it gives me time to prepare my day, and say my affirmations, with exercise as the bonus.

I also see it as taking a blank canvas, my paints and painting in my minds eye how my day will develop.

Just because I am not walking I still do everything else but I do this when I am getting ready in my bathroom. Lucky we aren't on water restrictions because I stand under the shower and visualise me standing under a big water fall, cleansing myself plus putting a gold bubble around myself and my family, house and cars. My affirmations are going through my head while I am dressing.

I am missing out on the exercise but everything else just works as well, I find.

Give this a go if you struggle like I do in winter to get out of bed.

My Wonderful Desires!!!

In "My Way to Happiness" chapter eighteen, I write about how I believe that you should live your wonderful desires. I see so many people unhappy with where they are in their lives. Take this time now to ask yourself 'What is my wonderful desires?' If the answers don't come quickly keep it in the back of your mind and I believe they will start to flow over the coming days. Take the time to write them day and acknowledge them. We are so powerful and if we really want something we have the power to make it happen. When you are doing something that you really love and enjoy, it takes no effort just gives you pure pleasure.
